移民职业探索——农林咨询师

话不多说，先谈收入。为什么同为三大产业的农林业的咨询师能有如此高的收入呢？

农林咨询师5年内工作经验收入范围4.5万纽币到8万纽币。这还不算完， 5年以上工作经验的农林咨询师收入范围8万到15万纽币不等。这地上跑的职业看来是绝对比天上飞的（空乘）高级很多。

就新西兰工作机会而言，农林咨询师机会很多，但一般需要3年的培训才能上岗。百伦IAA持牌顾问Ivy表示，因此职位属于高级Skill level 1, 虽需要本科或以上专业匹配，但职位本身无需注册。

我们看看农林咨询师需要做些什么：

·  advise farmers and growers on how toimprove the profitability, efficiency and sustainability of the farm managementsystem

· assist farmers and growers indeveloping and implementing business plans

·  advise on or oversee budgets,cashflow and production targets for clients

·  research factors that affect cropproduction, pasture growth and animal breeding

·  collect data and samples relating tofactors that affect production, including produce, feed and soil

·  advise farmers and growers onfertiliser and nutrient use to improve productivity and environmentalperformance

·  investigate, plan and advise onmethods for coping with the effects of natural disasters, such as floods, andpests and diseases.

• 给新西兰农场主提供如何增产，量化、管理资源的建议。

• 就商业经营模式为农场主提供建议。

• 就土壤，肥料等数据做采集分析，以提高产量。

• 对自然灾害对农业的影响做调研，分析和建议。例如洪水，虫灾和作物疾病等。
